Wenninghoff Farm is 4th generation farm independently owned and operated by the Wenninghoff Family in Omaha, Nebraska. Since 1956, Wenninghoff Farm has been committed to providing locally grown food and bedding plants to Omaha and the surrounding community.

At our farm, families can browse through a wide array of fresh fruits, vegetables and greenhouse plants, and also enjoy the authentic farm experience. Enjoy the convenience of shopping at our Farm Market for field-fresh produce, jarred products such as honey and jam, meats, eggs, and other local eats. Be sure to also visit one of our greenhouses (open in the spring) for bedding plants and hanging baskets. While adults peruse the farm’s selection, the kids can visit the bunnies and chickens, and spend some time in our “KID’S ZONE” play area.

Our high-quality crops and knowledgeable, friendly farmers and staff are always “in season.” With decades of experience, we’ve perfected the art of growing these special crops, and we’re constantly expanding our offerings to meet customer needs and expectations. Wenninghoff’s now brings fresh produce to a location near you through our new Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Our CSA subscription is a great option for busy people who still want to eat healthy, nutritious, local food. Sign up today!

Nothing can compare to the taste of homegrown produce and the beauty of nature’s plants. We invite you to enjoy and explore local food and plants in a fun and friendly farm setting. Thank you for visiting, and welcome to Wenninghoff’s!

  • Amy Wenninghoff

    OWNER

Amy is the ‘face’ that each person sees when they arrive at the Wenninghoff Farm store. She loves her customers, in fact, she loves all people and likes to make them happy enough that they laugh out loud. When she has a little free time, you can find her outdoors with friends kayaking, hiking, or doing anything active. Not surprisingly, her bucket list includes going skydiving and taking a hot air balloon ride. She also enjoys helping OPS Transition students who can learn key employment skills through job training on the farm.

  • Paul Wenninghoff

    OWNER

Paul is the one that does everything that nobody else will do. His are the ‘hands’ that grow the produce and handle the wholesale side of the business. To him it’s not a job but a passion to start a seed and care for it to maturity. His reward for a job well done is a plentiful harvest that provides for his family and his customers. A favorite spare time activity is visiting with friends over dinner. And his personal motto? Start your day with an ounce of positive instead of a pound of negative… it’s easier to carry the load.
